Effective November 5, 2026These terms cover your use of byniko.com and of ByNiko Reports, the private reporting tool I use for my clients. byNiko is my independent web practice, run by one person. By using either one, you agree to these terms. You can reach me through my contact page.

This website

You're welcome to read this site and contact me through it. Please don't misuse it, interfere with how it works, or submit false, harmful or unlawful content through its forms. The site's text and design belong to me, and work shown in the portfolio belongs to me or to its respective owners. Please don't reuse it without permission.Project work is covered by a separate agreement between you and me. These terms don't create one.

ByNiko Reports

ByNiko Reports isn't a public service, and you can't sign up for it. I use it to prepare reports for clients who have asked me to, and I access their reports' data sources only with their permission. A client's report is private to that client. Please keep its address and password to people in your organization who need them.Reports show data from outside services such as Google. Those services can change, delay or correct their numbers, and they can stop providing them. Reports describe what happened; they don't guarantee or prove why it happened, and they aren't a promise of any future result. Please use your own judgment when you make decisions based on them.How I handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

No warranties

This site and the reports are provided as they are. I work to keep them accurate and available, but I can't promise that they will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, that come from using this site or the reports. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Other services

This site and the reports may link to or use outside services, such as Google. Their own terms apply to them, and I'm not responsible for them.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update this page and its date. If you keep using the site or the reports after that, the updated terms apply.
