How I work

I don't start with a list of technologies.

I start with the problem.

What are you trying to accomplish? Who needs to use it? What's getting in the way? What actually needs to be built?

From there, we can figure out the scope, the people involved, the technology, and the best way to get it done.

A technical person who can talk to everyone.

I've been working in web technology since 2010.

That means I can get into the technical details when they're important, but I can also talk with the person running the organization, work through requirements with a client, review designs with a designer, and coordinate with developers.

That's useful when a project has a lot of moving pieces.
